How do I redeem my key
Every product page states its activation platform: Steam, GOG, Ubisoft Connect, EA App, Battle.net or Epic Games. On Steam: Games menu, then "Activate a Product on Steam", and paste the key. On GOG: your avatar, then "Redeem code". On the other platforms the function is called "Redeem code" or "Activate a code", inside your account menu.
When do I get my key
Immediately. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, the key appears on your order page. That page has a secret address that belongs to you: keep it, it gives you access to your keys at any time.
Activation region
Every product page shows its region. "Worldwide" activates anywhere. A key restricted to one region will not activate on an account located elsewhere, and that is irreversible. Check before you buy: it is the leading cause of disputes in this trade.
My key was rejected
Write to us with the exact error message the platform showed, without having retried it ten times first. A key that has never been activated gets replaced, or that line gets refunded. A key that has already been activated does not: that is the nature of the product.
Where the keys come from
RetroX buys only from suppliers whose supply chain is authorised, and records the provenance of every batch. That choice costs more per key. It avoids keys being revoked weeks after the sale, which is the plague of the grey market.
